How to reset user password
User-Initiated Password Reset
If you are unable to log in and wish to reset your password:
- Enter your Email
- Click Forgot Password?
- If your account is eligible for a self-password reset, you will receive an email with a new temporary password.
- Log in with your email and the new temporary password.
- Change and set your new password.
Admin-Initiated Password Reset
If you cannot log in and are having trouble resetting your password, or your account is not eligible for self-password reset, your account admin can reset your password.
For Admin:
- Navigate to the Admin Tab within SentiLink Dashboard
- Find the users and click on the three-dot
- Click on reset user password
For User:
- Once your admin resets your password, you will receive an email with a new temporary password.
- Log in with your email and the new temporary password.
- Change and set your new password.
SentiLink Assisted Password Reset
If you continue to have trouble resetting your password, or your account does not have an admin role, please contact [email protected], and our support team will assist you with resetting your password.
SAML Users
SAML users do not use email+password for login and cannot have their password reset.
