How to reset user password

User-Initiated Password Reset

If you are unable to log in and wish to reset your password:

  1. Enter your Email
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. If your account is eligible for a self-password reset, you will receive an email with a new temporary password.
  4. Log in with your email and the new temporary password.
  5. Change and set your new password.

 

Admin-Initiated Password Reset

If you cannot log in and are having trouble resetting your password, or your account is not eligible for self-password reset, your account admin can reset your password.

 

For Admin:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Tab within SentiLink Dashboard
  2. Find the users and click on the three-dot
  3. Click on reset user password

 

For User:

  1. Once your admin resets your password, you will receive an email with a new temporary password.
  2. Log in with your email and the new temporary password.
  3. Change and set your new password.

 

SentiLink Assisted Password Reset

If you continue to have trouble resetting your password, or your account does not have an admin role, please contact [email protected], and our support team will assist you with resetting your password.

 

SAML Users

SAML users do not use email+password for login and cannot have their password reset.
